2. It is full-automatic concrete mixing plant which is composed by feeding, batching, mixing, electrical control and steel structure components, suitable for small-scale construction projects, precast yard and commercial concrete companies.
2. The Introduction ofcp30 rmc plant Components:
1). Aggregate Batching Machine
1.1. This series of products adopt electronic weighing, digital display.
1.2. It has the features of accurate weighing, high batching accuracy, fast speed, strong controlling ability, simple operation, reasonable design, compact structure and long service life.
1.3. Widely used in all kinds of small and medium sized construction project and cp30 rmc plant.
2). Batching Machine JS concrete mixer
2.1. Shaft end sealing adopts pressure difference and multi-heterodyne sealing technology to extend shaft end’s service life.
2.2. National patented taper mixing arm
2.3. National patented monitoring system to control every part of mixer
2.4. Advanced hydraulic pressure system is adopted to open and close the discharging door.
2.5. Lubrication system to make the mixer service a long life.
2.6. Water spraying by multiple tube and circuit system.
